Hypertension: A to Z for the Common Man

Understand → Observe → Practise → Collaborate. Simple English for adults and family caregivers, using familiar Indian food and everyday situations.

₹499 One-time full-course fee

First two chapters free — no account or payment required. Chapters 1.1 and 1.2 cover BP basics and correct home measurement. Enrol for chapters 1.3–6.3.

6 modules · 18 text chapters · 18 self-checks · 30 module-test questions · About 14 hours including practical tasks · 90-day practice plan · Downloadable and printable learning workbook

Reset → Revive → Reprogram → Restore. Learn your numbers, use medicines safely, reduce hidden salt, build an Indian DASH-style plate, move safely, improve sleep and stress routines, recognise warning signs and protect organ health.

Each module has a compulsory five-question test. Score 4/5 to open the next module; explanations and unlimited retries support learning.

All 18 expanded lessons and self-checks are available through the English, Odia and Hindi buttons, with illustrated downloads. Each English lesson has at least 2,500 words. Translations are assistant-prepared learning materials; independent native-language medical proofreading has not been completed. Compare unclear wording with the English source and your care team. The ₹499 education fee does not include consultations, laboratory tests or medicines. No cure, medicine withdrawal or clinical outcome is guaranteed. Pregnancy and children need their own clinical care. The CelluReva stages organise education, rather than a separately validated hypertension treatment.
