Post-Hospital Recovery Empowerment: A to Z for Patients and Families

One course, six specialist recovery pathways. Start with the shared essentials, then study the pathway relevant to your discharge plan. Pass the two foundation modules, then choose any relevant recovery pathway. Clinical care must never wait for a lesson or a test.

First two lessons free — no sign-in or payment needed.

8 modules · 24 lessons · English, Hindi and Odia · Illustrated PDFs · Family worksheets · 5-question module tests

Education for adult patients and family caregivers. Your discharge instructions and treating team set your medicine, food, fluid and activity plan. This course does not replace clinical assessment, rehabilitation or maternity/newborn care, and cannot guarantee a faster recovery or prevent every readmission.
